Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations in appearance, packaging, colour, or presentation may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

If we cannot fulfill an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

La Passion Parfums is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, all fragrance sales are final, subject to applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on personal fragrance preference or change of mind.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order number and supporting photographs.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions
Gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible purchases from La Passion Parfums and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
