Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, all purchases from La Passion Parfums are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or removed from their original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Final Sale

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that fragrance products purchased from La Passion Parfums are final sale, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
